Eagle Scout Recognition Dinner

Earning the rank of Eagle Scout is an important milestone that you’ll carry with you for the rest of your life! We invite you to celebrate this accomplishment with your family and Eagle mentor at our Council’s Eagle Scout Dinner. You will ALWAYS be an Eagle, but you will NEVER have this opportunity again. Take this opportunity to stand with your fellow Eagles and proudly be recognized.

• Every Scout who earned the rank of Eagle in the year 2025 is invited to be recognized at this special event.
• You’ll receive a limited-edition commemorative challenge coin recognizing your inclusion in our Council’s Eagle class.

Scouts, Parents, Leaders & Friends

2025 Eagle Scouts, Venturing Scout Summit and Sea Scout Quartermaster award recipients are the honorees for the evening. The honorees meal is 100% free, as long as they registered for the event at https://mycouncil.scoutinglvac.org/Event/Eagle-Scout-Dinner-2025 and complete the following survey on your future career interests: https://exploringyourcareer.com/

Parents, leaders, and friends of the honored Scout are warmly invited to attend.Guest tickets will be $50 per person, which includes dinner. Please Note: Due to the nature of this event, there is no guarantee that you will be seated with your Scout.

Each 2025 Eagle Scout will be paired with a mentor prior to the start of the event and will sit with them during the program. Our goal is to foster meaningful connections with positive role models who can provide future advice and guidance in their chosen career field.

Benefits of Being a Scout Mentor

A Scout Mentor recognizes the achievement of the Eagle Scout, Venturing Scout Summit Award, and Quartermaster Award recipient by:

• • Contributing a $250 sponsorship (Bronze Level), which includes:
    • Two adult tickets to the event
    • Recognition with a program page dedicated to an Eagle Scout
  • Serving as a sponsor for the Eagle Recognition Dinner includes attending the event and sharing your professional experience with an honoree, helping inspire meaningful conversations about their goals and future career path. If you are unable to attend, arranging for a mentor to participate ensures that every Scout is paired with someone for the evening.
  • (Optional) Inviting a Scout/Venturer/Sea Scout to visit your place of business, providing a firsthand look into their potential career field. All visits must follow Scouting Youth Protection policies (no one-on-one contact; parent/guardian required for Scouts under 18; all communications include a parent/guardian).

We need your help to secure 130 mentors for each Eagle Scout, Venturer, Sea Scout. You can help make a difference and set a tone for future success in this honoree life.
